Cuisine by Two-Time Tucson Iron Chef Kenneth Foy

Hacienda Solana is an intimate, RSVP-only dining experience crafted for guests who want a night that feels rare, elevated cuisine, signature cocktails, and a setting so beautiful it changes the pace of time.

Set within a restored 1930s hacienda at the historic Solana Guest Ranch in east Tanque Verde, guests dine beneath 150-year-old eucalyptus trees as the desert sunset lights the courtyard and red-tailed hawks circle overhead. It’s quiet, romantic, and unlike any dining experience in Tucson.

At the center of the evening is Executive Chef Kenneth Foy, two-time Tucson Iron Chef, whose coursed prix fixe menus blend refined technique with bold, regional inspiration, crafted to bring guests together through flavor, conversation, and connection.

This is a private event capped at 50 guests. Registration is required.

We’re guest-centric in everything we do, Solana overnight lodging guests receive the first invite and first access to each experience.

Italy Dinner Experience at Hacienda Solana

Join us for an elegant evening of fine Italian cuisine by Chef Ken Foy. Guests will be welcomed into an intimate dining experience featuring a five-course, chef-curated menu, complemented by an optional pairing of elegant wine selections or handcrafted mocktails, each chosen to enhance the evening’s progression. 

Arrival is 6:00 p.m.

  • Tack Room Saloon is open for cocktails (opens at 5:30)
  • Passed curated appetizer served in the Courtyard 

Dinner is 6:30 p.m.

  • Sit down for your multi-course dinner & dessert culinary experience

Signature Experience Includes: 

  • Multi-course Italian Regional inspired dinner
  • Elevated, intimate dining atmosphere
  • Curated select wine pairings or artisanal mocktails
